The Family

For the Albanese family, building isn't just a business — it's a legacy three generations in the making.

Founder Leonard Albanese grew up surrounded by the craft. His father and grandfather were expert masons — artisans of Old World tradition whose dedication to precision and pride shaped his approach to every home. For more than four decades, Leonard has earned a reputation as a master builder, known for his belief that "every client should share in our passion for the art of custom homebuilding."

Today, that legacy continues with his sons, Anthony and Nicholas Albanese — both Licensed General Contractors and LEED Accredited Professionals. With advanced degrees in Business and Construction from the University of Florida, they bring a new generation of expertise and innovation to the company while staying true to the principles their family built it on: craftsmanship, trust, and integrity.

Together, they lead Albanese & Sons Builders into the future — expanding beyond luxury estates to renovations, additions, and sustainable design — all with the same family values that have guided them from the start.
