Albanese & Sons Builders (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website at albanesebuilders.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our goal is to keep things simple: the Site exists to tell people about our custom-home building work and to let prospective clients contact us.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you give us via the contact form
When you open the contact drawer on the Site and submit an inquiry, we collect the fields you fill in:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Project location (optional)
- Service of interest (new construction, renovation, etc.)
- Any message you choose to include
We do not use this information for anything other than responding to your inquiry and, with your consent, following up about your project.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the contact form we log the IP address of the submitting device briefly, in memory only, to rate-limit abuse of the form. This information is not stored, shared, or written to disk.
The Site uses a single first-party cookie to remember whether you have already seen the intro animation on this browser, so we don’t show it on every page load. It contains no personal information.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or similar tracking tools.
- We do not sell advertising on the Site and do not serve third-party ad cookies.
- We do not build user accounts — there is no registration or login on the Site.
- We do not process payments on the Site.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide in the contact form to:
- Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
- Discuss your project and provide estimates if you request them.
- Maintain an internal record of inquiries for our own business purposes.
3. Who we share your information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. The only parties that process your information on our behalf are:
- Resend — a transactional email provider that delivers contact form submissions from the Site to our inbox. Learn more at resend.com/privacy.
- WP Engine — the hosting provider for our content management system. Learn more at wpengine.com/legal/privacy.
- Our email provider — once your inquiry reaches our inbox, it is stored there like any other email.
We may also share information if we are required to by law, to protect our legal rights, or to investigate suspected misuse of the Site.
4. How long we keep your information
Contact form submissions live in our email inbox and internal records for as long as is reasonably useful for responding to you and maintaining our business records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time (see Section 6 below).
5. How we protect your information
The Site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted to our email provider over encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us.
6. Your choices
You can:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete that information.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.

7. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
9. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
